This type of plan highlights the investment amount, the fact that the investment enterprise is not marginal and its employment creation potential.

E1 Treaty Trader

This plan is geared for a national of a treaty country (a country with which the United States maintains a treaty of commerce and navigation) who will be admitted to the United States solely to engage in international trade between the United States and the treaty country. This type of plan highlights the treaty country and market demand.

E3 Certain Specialty Occupation Professionals from Australia Immigration Visa

This plan is geared for nationals of Australia who are coming to the United States solely to perform services in a specialty occupation. This type of plan highlights the specialty occupation and its impact on receiving this category.

EB5 Immigration Visa

This plan is geared to support foreign business investors who invest $1 million or $500,000 (if the investment is made in a targeted employment area) in a new commercial enterprise that employs at least 10 full-time U.S. workers. The plan is Matter of Ho compliant.

Within this category there are three types of plans that can be drafted to support either a stand-alone investment and enterprise or for a larger project with multiple investors. Most EB5 regional centers will have their own internal business plan that is already on record, so we do not write these plans.

L1 Immigration Visa Intracompany Transferee Executive or Manager

This plan is geared to support the U.S. employers need to transfer an executive or manager from one of its affiliated foreign offices to one of its offices in the United States. This type of plan highlights employment potential for the U.S. company and how the U.S. company will be able to support the L1 beneficiary.

Employment-Based Immigration: First Preference EB-1

This plan is geared to support an individual by showing how their extraordinary ability, research or managerial/executive expertise will be used in the U.S. to benefit an organization, firm, agency or a U.S. business.

O-1 Visa: Individuals with Extraordinary Ability or Achievement

This plan is geared for people to support the individual by showing how their extraordinary ability or achievement will be used in the U.S. to benefit an organization, firm or agency.

H-1B Specialty Occupations

This plan is geared for people who wish to perform services in a specialty occupation, services of exceptional merit and ability. This type of plan highlights the specialty occupation and its impact on the U.S. business benefiting from this position.

Business Plan Review

Many clients applying for an E or L category will many times draft their own plan but in many instances, these plans will lack key areas that an immigration adjudicator is looking for and as such are often subject to an RFE. Trying to metigate this outcome and proactively include these key areas in the plan, we offer business plan review services.

Via this review:

• We will take several hours and review your client’s business plan thoroughly,
• We will then provide you and your client with a list of categories and areas that need to be included,
• List out any suggestions and comments we think will help minimize the chance of getting a RFE,
• Give an estimate of how much it will cost to have us revise the plan and bring it up to USCIS standards.
